Severe bone pain

I experienced extreme drops in blood pressure while taking this supplement, which led to significant bone pain. Initially, I didn’t realise the cause of my ailments. After cancelling the supplement, I felt immediate relief, and my blood pressure normalised within a few days. Please learn from my mistake and stop taking dietary supplements if you start feeling unwell.

Reduced bone pain

Indispensable for women's health. I use it regularly for my bone pain from endometriosis at 1300 mg twice a day. Evening primrose oil contains gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which helps suppress inflammation and balance hormones. Since using it, my periods are normal, pain-free, and I no longer experience severe discomfort. It’s suitable for women suffering from painful cycles and those with estrogen-related conditions. I recommend it for improving hormonal balance and alleviating unpleasant symptoms.

I took this supplement for 1.5 months, but there were no changes whatsoever in my bone pain. My skin remained dry, and I experienced intense nervousness. I truly believed it would work, but it caused me more distress without any relief from the pain.

I found this product effective! I previously relied on painkillers every month due to extreme bone pain. Now, the first day is much more manageable with just mild discomfort. I’m really satisfied with the improvement.

Evening primrose oil significantly alleviated my bone pain and the symptoms of fibrocystic mastopathy. Prior to this, PMS was intense, with many physical symptoms including severe bone pain during menstruation. After taking the oil, my pain reduced from 8/10 to just 2/10 over a few months. I took 1300mg twice daily without side effects and can now manage without painkillers.

This product helps eliminate painful menstruation. I take iodine, magnesium, vitamin D, and evening primrose oil, and as a result, the discomfort in my lower abdomen and back is nearly gone. I love Solgar for their glass containers and quality!

Worsened bone pain

This supplement didn't work for me at all. I started taking it and ended up with a prolonged period, severe headaches, and increased bone pain. Overall, I felt weak and dizzy, along with chest pain. It clearly isn't suitable for everyone; I advise caution.
